Personally, I think that there are a mix of all kinds that voted for each candidate. And they have that right, regardless of their motivation. Part of what makes America great, isn't it? Though all the votes are not yet tallied, it appears Hillary won the popular vote, and Trump the electoral. Still a "rigged" system, in that it doesn't actually portray what we the people want. Personally, I am glad she didn't win. But I think it's unfair that the people voted for her, and she didn't get it.

Speaking of FB "factoids"... I have seen a couple of drawn out convos on friends' walls about women who "woke up terrified" that Trump won. One such post had over 30 replies, mostly condemning a woman in her 30s with 3 kids who said she was happy Trump got elected. The folks attacking her said they were "literally shaking today, and afraid to leave their house" because they think that men in America will just be able to grope & grab them at will on the streets.

One woman commented that she is now "mentally ILL" because trump won. Actually, I propose that she was mentally ILL prior to the election, and just now admitting it for the wrong reason. The outcome of the election will not affect any of us on THAT personal of a level. *SMH*

Last I checked more people voted for her, though barely. Stop acting like Trump won a landslide with the entire country behind him. He had a better distribution of people voting so he won because our system isn't actually democratic. He won very the method he would have likely contested had he lost.

Our perception being our reality is fine, but that's not what I'm talking about here. I'm talking about actual reality, not perceived, not yours - I'm talking about the real. Yes, there are people that believe in a host of conspiracies including the moon landing being fake - but that does not make what they believe real, based in fact, or reality. It's only the imagined reality in their head.

Color blind people are color blind, a medical condition of no fault of their own. It hasn't to do with a belief. They can do little to change how they see color, but we as human beings with brains can change our perceptions and face actual reality. We can learn, adapt, and grow into being better if we want to that is..

Trump and the men surrounding him deal in a world of pseudo realities. This is an old trick employed by certain charlatan televangelists (that are close to his heart) to make people believe without seeing true reality, to think or know for themselves, to investigate and learn and reason. The idea if you repeat something enough and say you believe it, it surely must be truth. Your opinion becomes your truth, because your opinion is your reality but not actually factual reality. Some of the best dictators also employ similar tactics, it's called unreality. I can think of one such individual who has used it for years, and has carefully developed it using psychologists shape it and spread it among the populace. Therefore the subject never knows if the reality they are hoping is true and going on before them is reality, or simply a fabrication. These days people believe what they want to see, and refuse to acknowledge reality. You might accuse Val of this, and Val might accuse you of this. And whom might be right, what does the reality of truth say?

75 is a correct figure, though by analysis, many of them are utter trash cases. The good stuff though? Some 16 or so could be impeachable offenses... but you don't really want President Pence do you?
