Is the UPS driver has a right to yell In your face?

UPS (or any other delivery service) can be hit or miss at best of times. I've filled out the note only to have them not leave the package and leave another note to fill out. I mark signature required and find the box in my driveway. A fragile/handle with care sticker seems to be UPS code for throw the box into the bushes on the side of the house. The guy with my house number the next block over and I have become good friends just due to the number of times we've taken misdelivered packages to each others house. If you complain about rude drivers, chances are 50:50 that the next one will be worse.

If necessity is truly the mother of invention, then no doubt the technology to convert matter into energy and back will be driven solely by the poor quality these delivery services offer at times. The only thing you can do presently is try a different service.

Complaints aside though, I will end say though that our current regular driver is really awesome which is the hit part I guess. But we've certainly had our share of misses.
