Letter of affidavite for ROC

Hi everyone, i hope you all are going great.

In few weeks i will be sending my I751 to romove rondition on my 2 years green card based on divorce. My ex-wife is willing to write a letter of affidavite to support my petition. My questions is : in the letter does she have to put the adress of USCIS on the top of the letter like others that i have seen here or it dont matter ? Also does she need to include my A Number ??

Putting physical address (service Center) really does not matter but yes it does will have to be addressed to USCIS. And it is better if she can put your A-number and make sure to have her letter notarized (important).

Yes, just make sure they are notarized and have detail information how they know about you marriage etc.

Thank you for your help. I also have another question and i apologize for not including it in the main post.

My counselor i went to in order to save our marriage is wanting to write a letter statting that we had counseling sessions. So my questions is does she have to put the adress os uscis and my A number in the letter ?
