I-134 Forms and other forms for interviews question?

Just curious.... Does these forms have to be the original and have to obviously be shipped off to the Philippines to my fiancee? Or can she simply have them printed off?

I'm just worried about them getting lost in the mail during shipping and which carrier is best to use to send the forms to be sure they arrive in time.

The I-134 form should be original/wet signature from you the USC.

I signed it and sent it with all original W2's, pay stubs, letter from employer, and such FedEx.

From Houston to Manila was 3 days for $95. Someone else suggested DHL which was same time frame and a bit cheaper.

08/15/2014 : Met Online

06/30/2016 : I-129F Packet Sent

11/08/2016 : Interview - APPROVED!

11/23/2016 : POE - Dallas, Texas

From sending of I-129F petiton to POE - 146 days.

 

02/03/2017 - Married 

02/24/2017 - AOS packet sent

06/01/2017 - EAD/AP Combo Card Received in mail

12/06/2017 - I-485 Approved

12/14/2017 - Green Card Received in mail - No Interview

Only the I-134 needs to be original. Do not mail it... PhilPost is not very reliable. Use FedEx, UPS or DHL. FedEx is better than UPS in the Phils, but both get it done

Everything else can be emailed and printed out there.

Yup, I spent $130 to fedex my I-134 from the middle of nowhere, Maine so my fiancé could have the original for interview and then they didn't ask for it. :wacko:

K1 Visa

5-04-16 – Mailed I-129F

5-12-16 - NOA 1

7-18-16 - NOA 2

7-25-16 - Hard copy of NOA 2

8-03-16 - NVC case number assigned

8-09-16 – Consulate received

8-24-16 – Interview date @ USEM - Approved!

9-16-16 - CFO completed in Cebu

9-22-16 - P.O.E. Boston, MA

10-08-16 - Wedding!

AOS

10-29-16 - Submitted AOS with EAD/AP applications

11-02-16 - AOS package delivered to USCIS Chicago lockbox

11-16-16 - NOA1 Text message with receipt numbers

11-21-16 - Received NOA1 Hard Copies
12-05-16 - Biometrics

02-14-17 - Received EAD/AP Combo card

04-24-17 - Received notification of AOS approval w/o interview

04-27-17 - Received hard copy of AOS approval

05-03-17 - Received Green card

That is very common since 2014, the embassy not asking for the support evidence. They even updated the instructions letter to state it may be asked for, meaning not required anymore.. but if they ask you better be prepared. Majority are like you... not asked.
