Hi... i was also arrested before but " NOT CONVICTED "and my case was dismissed and sealed too.. my criminal defense got me a certified copy from the court clerk stating that my case was unavailable... coz my criminal defense asked a request to get a final disposition from the court clerk and they cant find my case number and did not exist anymore .. i will just file my citizenship this month and i wang everything ready... ") i hope that works too and They wont ask me more requirements.. coz i dont want to spend money and travel to the other state and to waste time to unseal my case.. my question is do you think the immigration officer will accept the certified copy from the court clerk stating that my case was no longer available and not exist ?? Coz we cant get final disposition coz my case was sealed already and i also have certified copy of mu sealing arrest too..

I doubt it.

In Texas you can request sealed records if you're a party on that suit. After I adopted my stepson I subsequently needed more certified copies of the order granting the adoption. I had to write a letter to the judge stating why I needed the case to be temporarily unsealed.

Obviously the procedures vary by jurisdiction as to how exactly you can have a case unsealed.
