K1 Visa Petition- Proof

Hi,

Assuming that we filed all the forms and paperwork correctly for K1 petition, what other evidence is required to submit with my application for me and my fiancés relationship to avoid an RFE or denial? This is what we have so far:

- pictures of us together

- Pictures of us with family and friends

- Msgs exchanged where we specifically talk about future plans (kids, family, vacation, ect)

- Msgs where we exchange our love and commitment to each other for each other

- Page 1 and last page of text box that show how many pages our messages contain on FB

- Call logs

- Video chat screen shots

- Wedding ring receipts

- Western union transfers being made (total of 3)

- Passport stamps as evidence of trips taken to visit fiancé

- Flight itinerary

- Letter of intent to marry from beneficiary and petitioner

I'm going to organize all of this in a nice folder. Is there anything else that I'm missing?

It might not be a good idea to include Western Union transfers. The rest looks great.

If you have bank statements showing purchases made while you were there, you can include those.

Keep the organization simple and include a cover letter.

i would take the western union stuff out , and include the boarding passes you got with your trips , also any E tickets or online reservation emails you got when you bought your flight tickets would be nice

It depends on the country of the beneficiary.

For us with Philippines it's not such a big deal to ad a few in to the petition packet or provide at the interview(its fairly common).

But for countries in the MENA region, or any potential high fraud country, it can look bad.

Like Ben said it can be country-specific but it is better to not include it to be on the safe side.
