Wow, THREE helpers?!? But that must run like....3000 pesos per helper! I could only dream of having that much extra cash lying around(60 dollars per helper? WOW). And a 3 story house in Mindanao? WOW...whats that run? like 1 million pesos tops? I could only DREAM of living in a 20,000 dollar house here in the U.S. You got me there buddy. And rental income in mindanao? Whats rents run there anyway? Yeah thats what i thought.

But maybe her income looks big to you huh? Doesnt matter though how much you think she has, you will divorce her/or cheat on her soon as she gets too old for you(if you havent cheated already as i know your type, and i would bet 10 to 1 odds that you have already and if you have, another 20 to 1 odds that it was with a prosti)

you will divorce her/or cheat on her soon as she gets too old for you(she will divorce him)

Maybe you need that assurance that she would never leave you because she came from a poor place? :ot2:

My wife didn't come from a "poor" place.

Her family is very well educated, Her house in PI is bigger than most houses in USA, it is 3 stories with like 6 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms.

Her immediate family is Lawyers, Doctors, CPA's, they own numerous real estate in Davao area and get a healthy rental income from these.

I don't consider her place poor, Heck I would trade my house for her family house in PI in heartbeat.

They have 3 helpers that live there and take care of all the househould chores..............

Apparently she is not that educated....she married you didnt she?

She is very well educated -

I can almost gaurantee she makes at least double the money per year that your Husband makes in USA...........

If it is really true love, why do you care so much about her family assets and how much she's gonna make? Who's using who?

As far as work goes:

I sure as hell not gonna marry a girl who can only get a job at a Wal Mart or some grocery store with little to no education.

My wife can go to any city in USA and find a excellent paying job with great benefits within days with her education.......

Will probably file divorce papers with you within that same amount of time once she's landed that job. So how come she isnt in the US then? You dont make enough for the afidavit of support?

Let me tell you something about Filipinos. We give money/support to our parents even if they dont ask us. We give out of gratitude "utang na loob". I am from a well-to-do family but I will not tell you about my parents assets here and abroad. I am very well educated too, working on my PhD now. Ive worked in the US for a couple of years. What is wrong with helping out relatives who are in need?

It is great that your wife got a good job. Hooray for that. But isnt it you who need to support her while shes there in the US? If you think of Filipinos as opportunist, then you shouldnt have chosen a Filipina wife. I just cant stand it when you insult or belittle my fellow Filipinos.

Forgiveness is not saying what someone did to us is right. It is saying, "I'll let God straighten this out"..

If you look beside my post it says AOS Approved.

My wife has been in USA almost 8 months and has GC and already has a job here.

Does it hurt you that she has only been her 8 months and makes at least twice if not much more salary per month than your family.

I love these posts, it makes you see right through some people. Such a well to do family and just had to get out of mindanao? Well maybe mindanao isnt the best place from what I have read. I really wasn't trying to jump your post, but I was just wondering why you married a pinay, and you talk about the people and their culture so bad? I love Filipinos/as, they are the most friendliest people/culture I have ever met and I have traveled all over the world. But one last question, have you retired yet?

I didnt look to see if it said AOS approved, but by your language you implied she is not here....

You said "My wife can go to any city in USA and find a excellent paying job with great benefits within days with her education......." That kind of implies that she doesnt have a job, other wise you would have said she HAS a great job. You are kind of backtracking now.

You also said "I can almost gaurantee she makes at least double the money per year that your Husband makes in USA..........." which also implies that she is not here and she is making double the money im making in her country because you said "...that your husband makes in the USA"

I dont know...perhaps you just dont have a very good grasp of the english language.

i'm getting tired of what he has been rudely posting here. what is wrong with marrying filipinas older than 25?!!!!! ha! this is unacceptable in my books!

I made sure my wife was from a good family with assets and Education was a priority in her family.

I don't want to marry a girl from a poor family or squatter family.

They will always want you to send money to PI for various Family Emergency like:

Parent is sick and needs medicine

Need tuition for kids college

The dog is sick, send money

So im guessing you have so little money that sending a little bit of money like 100 bucks or 200 bucks would REALLY impact your lifestlye huh? Or maybe you are so little of a man you can't say No if you think they are asking for too much. Yeah, that sounds right. So now im pulling YOUR man card. hmmmm i think she is after the VISA and he is after the insurance! hahahah!!!

Her family need no money, they never ask for money.

It's not wise to send money to spouses families in PI, cuz they become dependent on the money.

I do entertain business proposal the family finds, Like someone selling a lot or business rental property.

his comment on the her wife making twice as much as what jov's husband (i think) sounds very much like stephen fowler here.
