Yes i call every other day and gets the same response, i requested if i can speak to supervisor, she said since you are already on supervisor review they can't push your case further. U have to wait for 6 weeks and if you dont get the cc in 6 weeks, after that supervisor will see what is going on with your case. I really dont know what they are doing?

Anyway congratulations for your cc and i hope you get thru rest of the process smoothly iA:)

I just received an email from the NVC Checklist requesting a Police Clearance certificate for the time I spent in Australia, but the stay was less than 12 months, so shouldn't require one.

How long does it take NVC to process the Checklist?

I just received an email from the NVC Checklist requesting a Police Clearance certificate for the time I spent in Australia, but the stay was less than 12 months, so shouldn't require one.

The lawyer called the NVC today and they acknowledge that the web site states more than 12 months in Australia, however they insist that I get an Aus CC and take it with me to the Consulate interview (no need to send it to NVC).

My sponsor (new employer) is drafting a letter to the senator requesting his assistance to move the case along - they have a large important engineering project that I will manage starting late February, and at this rate there's a risk that I wont make it there in time.

and what is this about seeing N/A's and having a case complete? where do you see that?

Go to ceac.state.gov

click on DS260, Online Immigrant Visa and Alien Registration Application

Then, put your case number and the invoice number that you received from NVC and the verification text.

Now, if you see 2 N/A, that means your case is not complete yet. But, if you see 3 N/As that means your case is completed.

Good Luck!
