Finally, 3 days after supervisor review, I see the 3rd N/A. I'll call them tomorrow to confirm.

Congrats !!!!

That's good news for me, seeing two CC's only 3 days after Supervisor Review.

Mine went to Supervisor Review on 5 Dec 2016.

Yes, from a lot of the threads I read here and there, I see that a lot of people get their CC emails soon after. Now, waiting for the interview date is going to be even harder. I have never been so impatient in my life. haha.

CONGRATS TO THE RECENT CASE COMPLETE!! I called last night again and I my case went to supervisor Monday night. The rep last night said he could they were currently working on my case...I don't know how true that was or did he just say that to keep me at ease...has anyone gotten a similar response???? hoping to have case complete between today and tomorrow and hopefully it is still on to get the interview for January....

how do i find out my scan date? i sent in my AOS/IV package at the end of october, and they received it 2 days afterwards. haven't not heard anything after that.

I also didn't get notice of my scan date, and not sure if my lawyer did, but it's typically one week after they receive the package.

1 week after our case completed and confirmed it over the phone, i received an email correspondence that our case is complete and in queue for interview.... patiently waiting to be scheduled for interview

You will have to call the NVC, they will tell you when they receive your documents and that date becomes your scan date.

Finally got CC. I saw the 3rd N/A and confirmed with NVC immediately and it is case complete.

12/26/2015 Got Married

Our CR1 Journey

2/4/2016 - I-130 file and documents mailed to Chicago Lockbox

2/9/2016 - Received NOA1 via text and email

2/15/2016 - Received NOA1 in mail

5/18/2016 to 6/1/2016 - Visited wife in india

8/11/2016 - Received NOA 2 via text and email :dancing: :dancing:

8/22/2016 - Received NOA 2 in mail

9/6/2016 - Case was sent to NVC (received text & email)

9/12/2016 - NVC received our Case from USCIS... wait continues for NVC case number

9/27/2016 - Submitted -261 and paid AOS fee

9/29/2016 - Received and paid IV fee

10/9/2016 - Submitted DS-260

10/15/2016 - AOS and IV package mailed to NVC

10/19/2016 - Scan Date

12/07/2016 - Case Completed

12/27/16 - Interview date received over the phone

12/30/16 - P4 letter received

02/03/2016 - Interview, VISA APPROVED!!!:jest::jest:
