If I am a US citizen going down to the states from Canada for a 6 month project and then returning. Is there some way for my Canadian wife to obtain a work permit to join me and be able to work also during that time? i see lots of possibilities if I was coming in on a visa but cant find any options if I'm a citizen? thanks!

Me: Irish/ Swiss citizen, and now naturalised US citizen. Husband: USC; twin babies born Feb 08 in Ireland and a daughter in Feb 2010 in Arkansas who are all joint Irish/ USC. Did DCF (IR1) in 6 weeks via the Dublin, Ireland embassy and now living in Arkansas.

Can nt imagine any school going through that process for a few months anyway and teacher jobs are hard to find.
