HELLO GUYS I HOPE IM ON THE RIGHT PLACE AGAIN TO POST MY QUESTION HERE AND I HOPE SOMEBODY CAN HELP ME AGAIN.. OK MY QUESTION IS ABOUT OUR CASE NUMBER ME AND MY FIANCE WERE SO HAPPY THAT WE GET OUR CASE NUMBER FROM NVC WHEN HE CALLED JUST NOW. BUT WHEN WE TRY TO CHECK THE STATUS HAHA TOO EARLY BUT WERE SO EXCITED AND WHEN CHECKING THE STATUS WHY IT DONT LET ME CHECK ITS ALWAYS SAY THAT MY CASE NUMBER WAS WRONG AND I DID IT MANY TIMES. SO I JUST WANNA KNOW PLS GIVE ME IDEA ABOUT THE CASE NUMBER DONT PUT UR NUMBERS LOL JUST EXAMPLE.. PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE I NEED RESPONSE I NEED HELP THIS IS OUR CASE NUMBER EXAMPLE SINCE IM FROM PHILIPPINES ITS LIKE THIS.

MNLXXXXXXXXXXX THATS ITS WITH 10 NUMBER AFTER THE LETTERS..

PLS HELP GUYS!!!! HIGHLY APPRECIATED UR HELP.

You are trying to check status on the CEAC website? https://ceac.state.gov/CEACStatTracker/Status.aspx?eQs=WwjqOlbeRYzCYubaSQI+RA== (be patient, it may not have been entered into the system yet)

You don't need to worry about tracking your case file too much.... serious. Relax on this. As long as you schedule your interview 4 weeks or so after getting your MNL# there will be no issue with the case file being at USEM.

You have your MNL#!!! It is ROCK n ROLL time!! No reason to be sitting around burning daylight!

Also check under "immigrant visa" not "Nonimmigrant".

From now on technically it is considered immigrant visa type.

08/15/2014 : Met Online

06/30/2016 : I-129F Packet Sent

11/08/2016 : Interview - APPROVED!

11/23/2016 : POE - Dallas, Texas

From sending of I-129F petiton to POE - 146 days.

 

02/03/2017 - Married 

02/24/2017 - AOS packet sent

06/01/2017 - EAD/AP Combo Card Received in mail

12/06/2017 - I-485 Approved

12/14/2017 - Green Card Received in mail - No Interview

If your following Sagot's website he states you don't have to wait for the letter from NVC as it at times never arrives. Everything is there in simple steps. You need to to the link he posted as it will answer this questions and I'm sure other questions you may son have.

Please do not post questions using all CAPS. It's hard to read and it's is probably the first etiquette for the use of the internet.

EAD May 23, 2014 Employment Authorization Document approved and went to card production

TD May 23, 2014 Travel Document approved and went for card production

Receipt EAD/AP May 30, 2014 Received combo card EAD/AP

Green Card Approved July 11, 2014 Approved, no interview. Went to card production.

Green Card received July 17, 2014 GC received without interview

Nope. Don't need to wait for the letter from NVC. (as long as you wrote the number down correctly all is good ;) )

I am saying now that you have your MNL# you can get started with the visa chase in the Philippines. Follow the link I gave you; pay your visa fee, schedule your interview (about 4 weeks out, give or take), complete your DS-160, complete your medical, attend your interview.... get your VISA! ;)

i check the status again awessome22 but ceac says no status hows that??? is that normaal???
