How can I bring my mom and my 2 minor sisters together to the US?

Hi,

I am planning on bringing my mother to the US but I also have two sisters( her daughters) who are minors and would like for them to come also. How can I file for all 3 so they can come together? The girls cannot stay alone, father is not in the picture. Any information is welcomed. Thank you.

It isn't possible for them to all come together.

The fastest way is for your mother to petition them under F2A after she enters and becomes an LPR. This would entail a wait time of just under two years until their priority dates became current.

You petition your sisters, about a year before their visa number is current you petition your mother, they all come together.

Or you petion your mom, the day she enters on her immigrant visa, she petitions for your sisters and files an I-131 for a re-entry permit, she goes for biometrics and leaves, goes back to your sisters. With the re-entry permit she can stay outside the US for up to 2 years, in about that time your sisters should get their immigrant visas, so they all come back together.
