I have recently started my own business, but I do (technical) translations on the side. My husband leads the finance dept (Algeria and Morrocco) for a major pharmaceutical company's crop science/plant biotechnology division.

i'm fooking broke and unemployed....but that's coz my EAD hasn't reached me yet..but hey i got an approval mail on the 3rd..so as for past professions...I've been a newsletter editor, risk management officer, a personal loan sales manager and yes, bass player in 2 different rock n roll bands, keyboard player in 1, and a rhythm guitarist in 1. :)

14 July 05 - "wow! now THAT is a first kiss"

23 March 06 - "let's get married!"

22 August 06 - "here we go, I129F for K1 to NSC today"

13 January 07 - "Visa in hand!!"

02 March 07 - Joy "I Do!" Judge "what about you?" Asha "Me Too!" Judge "OK then, you're married!!"

13 April 07 - "Uncle Sam, here's the papers."

21 June 07 - "application transferred to CSC, Yippie!"

07 July 07 - "why yes, that is a conditional Permanent Resident card in my hand!"

08 April 09 - will file to lift conditions

Got engaged on the quarter deck on one of the newest Navy ship 10 - 03-2007

20-04-2007 the journey begin

I-129F Sent : 22-05-2007

I-129F NOA1 (Receipt) : 25-05-2007

Traveled to stay with Ryan until we get the approval 13-09-2007 to 24-10-2007

I-129F NOA2 (Approved) : 27-09-2007

Package Received By NVC : 04-10-2007

Package Left From NVC : 08-10-2007

Received By Consulate : 12-10-2007

Rec Instructions (Pkt 3) : 15-10-2007

Medical : 26-10-2007

Interview scheduled for: 26-11-2007 Approved

Flaying back to be with my man this time for good 30-11-2007
