My husband visa was issued the same day as you and we received it a few days ago. Is it being mailed to you or did you chose to pick it up at a place ??

My husbands was sent to MBE in his providence but different country's use different places

Have you tracked the visa/passport??

If your visa is approved, it normally takes one week for the passport and visa to be processed and sent to the ARAMEX office which you designated for pickup. However, unexpected events can cause a delay in the processing of your visa. For this reason, the Consulate strongly recommends that you do not make any final plans such as purchasing tickets until you actually have the visa in your possession.

It doesn't mean they are not backlogged or going a little slower than normal. I would call again by Wednesday and just reference the website saying it takes a week. Just let them know your concern about your passport. But I am sure you will hear from them this week. =)

la mochkila

anywhere from 1 to 2 weeks

computers in this embassy are known to go down / they did the day my husband's visa was approved

as soon as you get the visa, you can pay online the $165 visa fee

and make airline plans
