Oh yeah USCIS told us the same thing that it was sent from July 31st but after pressing we found it it wasn't actually sent until September 27 after speaking to a tier 2. After that we started calling NVC who finally confirmed receiving it on Oct 15. So you might want to call back USCIS to confirm the exact day it was sent

I just got off the phone with nvc. They finally received my case today! What a relief.

Hi I hope you don’t mind me asking you but could you give me your approval date and the date NVC finally got your case? Our case was approved on September 20th and apparently sent to NVC on September 23rd.

I found this out by submitting an online enquiry because we were outside normal processing times. We didn’t get an Approval Notice by post or email and our USCIS account hasn’t been updated. Because of this we are nervous the case has got lost between USCIS and NVC. I spoke to tier 1 who just said he couldn’t confirm when or if it was sent to NVC and just told me to keep calling NVC. I have spoken to NVC 3 times and they told me they couldn’t trace the case. Thanks

Hi, i doubt if uscis reps will give any useful information. In my case, they told us to wait till after 90days. Nvc eventually received it on day 80. I contacted my senator n house of rep member's office. Nvc received the case less than a week after i contacted the senator's office. To be honest, i really don't know if that was what made the uscis send the case or it was just a coincidence. Till now, my online status is still saying "approved". It hasn't changed. I really dont know what advice to give you but you may want to start talking to your senator's office. A lot of people feel it's helpful to seek assistance from them. My approval date was aug 12 , nvc received oct 30. All the best!

I would highly recommend that you update your timeline with your approval dates and as much info as you can. I'll say this as succinctly as possible, nobody here can tell you when NVC will send you a welcome letter -- not even NVC.

The best anyone here can do is give you some "idea" or an "estimation" when you "might" be able to get your welcome letter. For example, it took me exactly 68 days to receive my welcome letter from the date of my approved petition.

So, if I were to use my own experience as an example, and using your approval date (9/18/2019) + 68 days, I would "estimate" a date of 11/25/2019 to receive your welcome letter.

It was exactly 68 days from the approval date of my petition. It may not take 68 days for you, but if we go with exactly 68 days from the date of your petition's approval (Sep 18, 2019), you're looking at Nov 25, 2019 (give or take a few days) for your case to show up at NVC.

If I were you, I would call NVC and ask them if they received your approved petition as yet. Just to answer your next question which I think you'd ask after NVC receives your case, it then took me another 21 days from when NVC received my case, for me to receive my welcome letter (when NVC created my case and invoice # into their system). These dates/days should give you a good guide on estimating your own case time lines. Hope this helps.

CSC processing time keeps fluctuating.

That, and we also see cases from time frames totally out of their estimate being approved/not approved. I stopped paying those tables any mind... We'll get approval when we get approval :)
