I noticed the same. My PD is Nov 9, 2016, still not approved.

If you case has been pending for more than 9 months , make an inquiry on USCIS website 

I did it as I have been waiting for 10 months now and it got through. I am expecting an answer within 30 days.

There are rumors that CSC will transfer F2A cases to another service center as they have such a backlog, but I could not find any source that validates those rumors.

Potomac  

I-130	Petition for Alien Relative	Permanent resident filling for an unmarried son or daughter over 21	1 February 2017

 

Vermont

I-130	Petition for Alien Relative	Permanent resident filling for a spouse or child under 21	1 March 2017

 

Texas

I-130	Petition for Alien Relative	Permanent resident filling for a spouse or child under 21	1 March 2017

 

Nebraska

I-130	Petition for Alien Relative	Permanent resident filling for an unmarried son or daughter over 21	9 December 2016

 

California

They have removed the F-2a from there site.

 

Hopefully we should be informed via email that they have transferred our applications to one of the above processing sites.
