I-130 approval date: 03/22/2019

 

Its been almost two months I have received my approval from USCIS, but I haven`t heard anything from NVC.

Already reached out NVC research regarding this and they said they haven`t received the file from USCIS and will reach out to them for more information.

 

Anybody in the same boat?

Im in the same boat, apparenlyt its on CSC who waits 90 days to forward cases to NVC<_<

have you tried calling them? it just doesn't make sense that it took 2 months to get into the system.

Just FYI, it took 4 months for my case transferring to NVC and showing up in the system. So just give it more time.
