It took a while for them to issue an RFE!usually RFEs happen earlier in a process .  I assume this is request for additional evidence ?

Yeah it is , I guess they just got to my case I'm not sure but they are asking for the completed I30a

Oh yes , that form is a must , it’s basically a supplemental information form, where you have to list all the basic information about yourself , like work places , addresses etc. Shouldn’t be much of a problem , just fill it up and send them back ASAP . After they receive it , it also shouldn’t take too much time for them to review and approve it .

Yeah it's just weird,  I belive it was sent with the application I130 because we went to a law office to fill it out and I remember those questions to be asked to us. But I will get a hold of them on Monday to get it done asap . Thank you

My i130 PD is 10th April, 2017. I still haven't heard anything. Does anyone have any idea what might be the issue. I have not applied for AOS yet. What should I do? Could anyone please help me with this?

Processing time varies from 19 to 25 months , and it’s different on case to case basis. Were  you changing your address ?if you did , may be they’ve messed up sending letters to the wrong one , it happened to friends of mine . Have you checked it online/tried calling to USCIS ? I suggest setting an appointment with INFOPASS , I’ve heard from many people it helps , even though they just gonna look up your case in their system , somehow it pushes the application . Worth trying , it’s free and might help . Also, why you didn’t apply for AOS ? You’ve been eligible to do so long ago , your PD is current and therefore no need to wait for I-130 approval . If for some reason you aren’t willing to go through AOS process, I still wouldn’t be worrying about I-130 yet - wait for a couple months since you are still within 19-25 months timeframe.

I thought my i130 was close to getting approved so I waited for AOS. It was a huge mistake on my part. Right now I am getting docs ready for AOS. Do you know if I need to attach the medical report with my AOS application? And, if I apply for this AOS this week, what’s the timeframe am I looking at to get the interview date? I’m so mad at myself for not applying the AOS sooner. Thank you so much for your reply. I’ll get the info pass soon.

Well, you are not wrong about assuming your I-130 should be approved soon , it’s just after it’s approved you have to apply for AOS anyways if willing to go through this process inside the US . Yes, you have to attach Medical exam form ( I-693) , it’s now valid for 2 years . Also, don’t forget to apply for I-131 and I-765 ( advance parole and work permit ) at the same time with I-485. Don’t forget to attach I-864 ( affidavit of support). The timeframe for processing your I-485 would depend on your location - you can check it online . I’m located in Orlando , my I-130 PD is July 3d , 2017, applied for AOS in July of 2018, for my location it’s takes around 18-20 months to get approved . Work permit and travel document I received in October of 2018 (3 months after I filled the AOS application).
