Sorry, actually I just thought about your question and realized that the approvals may be for IR1/CR1 of the same service center. In essence, all immigrant petitions go into the same queue and those that reported approvals may be for those filed by citizens but within the same service center.

yeah bruh , got rfe for form 325-a . asking to resubmit ( for both ), i don"t know the reason why they asked me again ,as i did filled these forms and signed them correctly , initially  .

they received mine on aug 17th & i was given until oct 30th to reply them back

So this shows that they are working still on September filers. They might have lost your forms.

In our Facebook groups (everyone should join|), most people with PD September 2016 got there NO2 during June and July in CSC.

 

Is there anyone here with October 2016 PD which got No2?
