I would only add that they also use the rollback as a mechanism to prevent people from filing too many inquiries.

Any one seen this response before. Submitted two service requests already with same answer given each time. Mum filed for my siblings. Two of them PD Nov 7, 2016.

The status of this service request is:

On 11/11/2018, you contacted U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS) about your I-130 because you believe your case is outside normal processing times. Below is a summary of what we found and how the issue has been or may be resolved

Thank you for your inquiry. We recognize your interest in a final adjudication on your pending petition/application and are aware of the difficulties caused by any delay in processing. Relevant components within USCIS are working together to resolve certain policy questions as they relate to your case. Once written guidance is issued, you will receive a follow up notice. Thank you for your patience.

Is your moma citizen? Or PR? What kind of service request your asking? Cause as far as I know, it will be a while for your application to move on. My aunt applied for her overage children back in 2013 but yet there is no movement in her application. They are processing application in 2008 for december.

I think I just saw your comment on facebook, was that you asking? I'll answer here anyway, F2A cases are taking 18-22 months on average from what I have seen to be approved. Mine took 20 months. We are still waiting on NVC now! I have seen March being approved but not sure about April, so with you being October 2017 I'd say at LEAST 6 more months before approval.

Edit: I think you need to change your "filed for" information as you say you're LPR at CSC but have the Citizen category down as your filing.

Hi we are not on the same cases. i130 is about different family cases, for example my case is f2a , processing time is different for me or someone who is in parents or child case
