Where can I get a AOS package?  Im currently working on my citizenship so I can upgrade my husband's I-130. There is long way to go tho. I haven't received my NOA2.

You can download the form I-485, which is AOS. You will see instructions on USCIS website on how to submit form I-485 and all the supporting forms, such as affidavits of support, advanced parole, and for EAD card,  you will also need to submit a medical vaccine form. But everything is here https://www.uscis.gov/i-485

Just to make sure read the instruction very carefully. It takes longer to assemble than the I-130 submission...

After you get your citizenship, your husband can submit AOS right away, and the I-130 process will be much faster!

yeah, they moved dates for all the types of application by month or 2 . Can it be system glitch ?

what do you think could be the reason of moving it back? because before my processing time for my case was 13-17months, then becomes 15-19months, then 18-23months, now its 18.5-24.5months 😭

Yeah, we noticed . And no- it’s not a system glitch. That means there is a backlog and a lot of applications were received on the month that they are working on . Sometimes wait times jump forward , but that happens very rare. So far I only saw them rolling back .

I would only add that they also use the rollback as a mechanism to prevent people from filing too many inquiries.

I saw quite a few mid march approvals the last couple of days. April PDs are on track for  December.😊

So you're F2A and at CSC? You're going to be waiting almost two years (mine took 20 months, was approved 3 weeks ago), so you're in for a a long wait!

Yes, still PR. It took you 20 months to get aprroved? Im waiting for my naturalization interview and hopefully oath taking after. Gosh! Im losing my mind waiting for my interview so I can process this a lil bit faster.

Yep, although we would've been 19 months but had a RFE for my husbands green card (he did send copies originally but who knows what happened to it) so that delayed it one month, f2a at CSC is taking on average 18-21 months from what I've seen (am in a couple of facebook groups also), they have been approving March 2017 and before. Not sure they've reached April cases yet. Its quite a long process! If you get citizenship it will hopefully make it a bit quicker! Depends on when that happens I think though. Good luck :)

Its not for I130 dates have been moved back , it even moved back for employment based visa etc. It seems like all dates were moved back. what baffles me , How is it possible they found backlog for all the visa applications on same day ? Infact I came across forum , in which same happened in 2015 , all dates were moved back and it was changed again after a day.

Well, in general I wouldn’t rely on processing wait times chart too much - it’s just approx information they give you depending on what they are working at right now . There are too many dependencies, some cases and forms might be  prioritized over the other . Like for example , applications for naturalization were high priority over anything else before the election . As for my case , so far those dates are pretty much accurate , I had I-765 and I-131 pending with National benefits center which indicates 4-6 months wait time , but I actually got them approved in 3 months . And the I-130 is still pending with CSC for 16 months already .

Thanks for reply. Actually my I130 was filed in Jan 2017. I havenot heard anything back and I saw from feb getting approval.

I was hoping to open service request , it can only be done if case is outside normal processing time.

There is not much we can do about it

Hello again everybody!

Update:
my husband became a citizen last week. The ceremony was so emotional, I was crying too. Lol
My I 485 status changed to interview cancelled, even though it was never scheduled. I called USCIS and ask to speak to a Tier 2 and I was told that it was an error in their system. So I asked about the possibility of upgrading both I 130 (PD aug 2017) and I 485, now that my husband is a citizen. Well, the supervisor told me it’s pointless to do that, because it won’t count since I already filed I 485..
What are your thoughts on this? Should I go ahead and upgrade both of those petitions regardless?
If anybody can help me with any advice I would be very grateful, or if any of you have been through the same situation and can help please, please, help!
