I think that I saw some posts for January the 3rd and 9th, 2017 approved.

Just received our notice of approval today. I live in California and I petitioned for my husband who is from Canada.

 

01/14/2017: Mailed I-130

01/17/2017: Priority Date

07/19/2018: Received Approval Notice

I received approval in the mail. 

 

However, three days ago I did receive an email notification saying there was an action taken on my case, but when I checked the case status online it was unchanged. I thought they sent the email by mistake. It still shows no updates online for some reason.
