Seems CSC is finally getting close to December 2016.

Dec 19, 2016: F2A I-130 Priority Date

AOS with pending I-130 (F2A):

March 2, 2018: AOS Package PD (I-485, EAD, AP)

March 14, 2018: NOA1  / E-Notification // Physical Mail: March 20, 2018

March 17, 2018: Biometric Appt Notice received //  Appointment: April 6th

March 29 RFIE // April 11 USCIS received RFIE response

May 10, 2018: I-130 Approved  :D *But case sent to NVC*

July 11: INFOPASS Appt + Sent Additional Documents

July 20: Case Ready for Interview (Finally!)

August 14: Card being produced //  August 22: Combo Card in hand

Hi,   Just to inform you that today, I got an email from USCIS case status account, saying my I-130 has been approved and that they are sending the paper letter soon. PD October 19th.

MY PD is Nov 1, 2016. Have gotten NOA2 on January 24th, 2018 but NVC have not received the case till now.

PD - 1st Nov, 2016

NOA2 received on 24th, January 2018

Approval notice said case has been sent to NVC but it has been two months and NVC have still not received the case. 

Anyone in same situation?

What should i do? Is it normal?

Approval notice received February 14th 2018

Waiting for next step :(

Did you call NVC to check if they received your case?

Its been two months for me and they still haven't received case from USCIS. :(

Yes i have called NVC they received my case and said you have to wait for total 8 weeks after approval notice , once your time period completed we send you next step letter.

I asked them so why you wrote 1 month in notice, they replied we have much pending files thats why it takes time you have to wait.

got aproved 03/10/18.

Hi there when did you upgrade from lpr to us citizen I applied for my wife on Feb/2017 and did an upgrade on Jan/2018 and still waiting can you please help me and tell me your timeline. I got a response from csc that my I-130 got upgraded on Jan/2018 and haven't heard anything since then I tried calling them and went to the Congress man's office and still did not get my approval yet.

sent the i130 on received on 01/25/17

notice date om 01/27/17

had it upgraded from lpr spouse to citizen spouse on 12/01/17

was approved date 02/28/18

Have you received approval notice?

They are working on dec and issuing visa to May 2016

Its time to call USCIS
