They are currently working on Nov 2016. i received approval letter on 15th feb 2018.

Haven't heard anything from USCIS.  Called them several times and asked when will they approve my case and all they say is to wait and that my case is under processing times.  Hopefully it gets approved soon

So..  are we allowed to apply i-485 and EAD  while i-130 is pending ?

you will receive a letter from USCIS letter type approval letter. it will take 15 to 16 months

March 2018 visa bulletin; date of filing May 1, 2017  Nice!!! but still if CSC continues working really slow all that improvement is for nothing!!!!

Just wanted to provide an update on my situation which might help others develop their timeline

PD Date: 14 Nov 2016

i130 approved on 21 Feb 2018

wait for few days you will get approval notice soon my date is 14 Nov 2016 and i received approval notice from USCIC on 15th feb 2018.
