Have your case status showing approved in website as well ?  I have also received NOA2 but my case status in website still showing 'Case was received'

Same here.  However, only the paper notice has the legal force.  The online status is just an informational tool without any legal force and it is just to ease the anxiousness of the people still waiting.  So it is not important for you any more and just forget about it.

In my early post, I have already mentioned that I received my paper notice in mail.  I never called them.

Hi! I'm new here... I'm permanent resident and just want to know why the CSC is so slow?  All the case I130 form Nebraska, Vermont etc is so quick, they are for 2017 and CSC 2016 😔

Regarding the notification, I only got an email and my online status changed. I have not yet got No2 papermail.

I assume they notify you first electronically and sent the mail thereafter. At least this is what their emails says.

 

Does anyone know how long it takes from case approved in USCIS to welcome letter from NVC?

No. It will depend at which service center you are. Currently it takes about 1year 1 months or 1 year to be approved by California Service Centers, while others are far faster. Use the feature "immigration timelines" and other statistics of visa journey to see the current stats of others.

 

Also, everyone here should fill in his immigration timeline to help others with statistics. Many have no filled in timeline which is bad for the community!

Mine is CSC, is there a specific reason why CSC is very slow as compare to other service centers ?

 

and Yes everyone should update their timeline. Mine is updated with what i got till now
