I think it is the priority when you applied for your I-130, I just want to compare your Receipt Number to mine to know how long I have to wait. and mine is 651

After a long long wait of 243 days I got a RFE. I have submitted Marriage certificate in original and  English translated version with 16 weeding pictures. But still they are asking me to provide the evidence of Bona fide marital relationship. Since i did not stay that much long with my spouse ( about 20 days). I were not able to open the joint bank account or have name on telephone bill. Your suggestion will be highly appreciated.

Finally, a forum that gives me hope. It seems like they are further than August 23rd if cases from September 2016 have been approved. It moves slow but it is moving. I also can't believe that Visa Bulletin moved forward.

 

If anyone got a NOA2, please let us know.

So they said: "According to our records, your petition is within our current processing time for pending applications in your I-130 category. Cases we received prior to September 29, 2016, are presently undergoing review."

The petition was sent on 24th October 2016 and mail sent to me on 27th of October 2016 that they have received it. So I think my PD is 27th. I haven't received any approval mail yet.
