I love Boots, too... they should just start opening branches in the States and be done with it! But this thread's reminded me - I did see some Natural Collection stuff in a branch of Target. Don't like Natural Collection that much, though. Bah. Oh, except for the vanilla lip balm I don't think they've made for, uh, a decade or so. That was the BEST LIPBALM EVER, I tell you!

I find hair dye is cheaper here in the USA than it was in the UK...although there is a distinct lack of a variety of reds here. I've definitely noticed that.

Speaking of hair dyes, I got my mum to send me swarzkopf live hair colour and got it today!

I dye my hair weird and bright colours, you can't beat that stuff for it!

Ooh yeah! Any range that has not one but several shades of purply-plummy colours and bright reds has got to be a good thing. And thinking about it, I concur with Ms. Devilette - Superdrug is definitely better for hair dye - I've had some fantastic colours from that place. Hmph... all I have now is crappy mousey hair the way nature intended - the colour of dirty dishwater! All this talk of hair dye is making me want to make it wine-coloured again!

Try Feria... they have the coolest supermarket ones. Or, do you have access there to the beauty supply shop? I've started buying in bulk! lol

I've tried Feria before (in the UK) and it left my roots really pale. I don't have tons of grey...but enough. I didn't try it again, thought perhaps I had excessively hard to dye roots!

I've used Nutrisse with good results. Their True Red is pretty vivid and, as Meauxna puts it, "is not found in nature".

Well you see for me, my hair is REALLY dark brown, almost black and is EVIL to dye cause it doesn't accept anything.

And I don't dye my hair normal colours
