Citizenship re-interview ,wife 2 ours and Me 2 ours,seporate

Maried for USA citizen November 2011

Get first green card April 2013 after visit Congresman office.

Send for Removing Condition (I751) February 2015

USCIS Loking for additional proofs Septembar 2015. I send in October 2015 on time

Send N-400 aplication February 2016 ( still waiting for I751 in that moment )

After biometric I get letter for interview for N -400 ( I go alone)

Everything was ok and I passed test about USA

In July 2016 USCIS call Me and my wife for Interview.

Interview was very short and officer said that We are approved!!! We signed aplication.

In October 13. We get letter again about interview for N - 400

We were on interview today and We have it seporate. First My wife, then me.

We had about 80 questions . On only 3 questions doesn't not match.

We said that We are not sure, It was 2011

On the end Officer said that They will send decision on mail .

I didn't get any response yet for I751 although Officer said that He will approve our I751

ENYONE WHO HAVE SAME EXPERIENCE,ANY ADVICE. WE ARE TIRED!!! WHAT WE CAN EXPECT

So you have not successfully removed conditions yet?

I wonder if because both i751 and n400 are being adjudicated together that it is taking longer... Not sure... Definitely a stressful situation for you though.

(Day 1) 12/16/11: I-130 Application sent

(Day 283) 09/24/12: Interview at US Consulate – Approved!

(Day 287) 09/28/12: Visa Received & Immediately entered US using Visa

(Day 290) 10/01/12: Social Security Card sent automatically

Removal of Conditions CR1 / CR2
(Day 1) 07/28/14: Application sent.
(Day 135) 12/10/14: ROC Approved!
(Day 143) 12/18/14: 10 year GC received (IR1 / IR2)

Naturalization:
(Day 1) 06/30/15: Application sent.
(Day 210) 01/26/16: Interview and Oath Ceremony. DONE!

***Son and I became US Citizens 01/26/16***

(Day 1) 01/27/16: Applied for my U.S. Passport
(Day 14) 02/10/16: Passport Book & Cert of Naturalization received

(Day 1) 03/16/16: Applied for U.S. Passport for son

(Day 22) 04/07/16: Passport book and original docs received...(Card rec'd 04/16/16)

N-600 for child age 9
(Day 1) 01/27/16: Application sent

(Day 12) 02/08/16: NOA received

(Day 23) 02/19/16: Case received at local office

(Day 88) 04/23/16: In line for oath scheduling *Called USCIS to inquire about why there is an oath required for a child under 14. They sent a service request to the field office.

(Day 95) 04/30/16: Received letter from field office to say no oath necessary and that they would mail the certificate.
(Day 106) 05/11/16: Cert of Citizenship received by registered mail (they never sent tracking. case status was never updated either)

06-04-2007 = TSC stamps postal return-receipt for I-129f.

06-11-2007 = NOA1 date (unknown to me).

07-20-2007 = Phoned Immigration Officer; got WAC#; where's NOA1?

09-25-2007 = Touch (first-ever).

09-28-2007 = NOA1, 23 days after their 45-day promise to send it (grrrr).

10-20 & 11-14-2007 = Phoned ImmOffs; "still pending."

12-11-2007 = 180 days; file is "between workstations, may be early Jan."; touches 12/11 & 12/12.

12-18-2007 = Call; file is with Division 9 ofcr. (bckgrnd check); e-prompt to shake it; touch.

12-19-2007 = NOA2 by e-mail & web, dated 12-18-07 (187 days; 201 per VJ); in mail 12/24/07.

01-09-2008 = File from USCIS to NVC, 1-4-08; NVC creates file, 1/15/08; to consulate 1/16/08.

01-23-2008 = Consulate gets file; outdated Packet 4 mailed to fiancee 1/27/08; rec'd 3/3/08.

04-29-2008 = Fiancee's 4-min. consular interview, 8:30 a.m.; much evidence brought but not allowed to be presented (consul: "More proof! Second interview! Bring your fiance!").

05-05-2008 = Infuriating $12 call to non-English-speaking consulate appointment-setter.

05-06-2008 = Better $12 call to English-speaker; "joint" interview date 6/30/08 (my selection).

06-30-2008 = Stokes Interrogations w/Ecuadorian (not USC); "wait 2 weeks; we'll mail her."

07-2008 = Daily calls to DOS: "currently processing"; 8/05 = Phoned consulate, got Section Chief; wrote him.

08-07-08 = E-mail from consulate, promising to issue visa "as soon as we get her passport" (on 8/12, per DHL).

08-27-08 = Phoned consulate (they "couldn't find" our file); visa DHL'd 8/28; in hand 9/1; through POE on 10/9 with NO hassles(!).

As far as I understood, they did your N400 interview first, then couple months later call you again for I751 interview, right?

General belief at VJ is they would do interviews for both I751 and N400 concurrently. First adjudicate I751 and then N400, possibly on the same day. I wonder why they didn't do that for you guys. Did you guys ever ask at the first N400 interview, about the I751? Did the officer know your case was still pending?

Since it's been over 120 days since the N400 interview, I think you should do an infopass at the local office and demand to speak with the officers who conducted the interviews. Most likely he/she forgot to update the system but who knows.
