Hello, I tried looking for an answer to this question but can't quite seem to find it... My question is if I've been living in a country (Finland) for the past 5 years and I am not a finnish citizen do I still have to mark my embassy the one here in Helsinki, Finland or can I choose the one in my home country Estonia? Is this prohibited in any way? The reason why I'd rather choose the Estonian consular is that it would be cheaper getting a medical done there than here in Finland, a whopping 300€ difference...
