Is divorce certificate necessary for AOS packet?

Hi all,

So my husband and I are filing for AOS from a K1 visa.

He has previously been married and is legally still a sponsor for his ex (she's german and still living here, they did AOS while she was on an esta). We submitted his divorce certificate for the original paperwork for my K1, do we need to send it again with the AOS packet? Can't hurt right?

I-129F sent: 2016-04-27

NOA1 Email & Text: 2016-05-04

NOA1 Received in Mail: 2016-05-18

NOA2 Email & Text: 2016-07-06 (63 DAYS!)

NOA2 Received in Mail: 2016-07-18

He is married to you now so his divorce to her doesn't matter. this is all about you. Just submit your marriage certificate with the package and other forms and required documents and you are good.

Divorce decrees from previous marriages are not a requirement for the I-485. Those were sent with the I-129F petition. You just need to send a copy of your current marriage certificate.
