Hi all, sorry to be a bother here. I'm filling out the I-864 for my husbands visa, and have a few questions:

Part 2 question 6: USCIS ELIS: is this his case number? Im guessing no because there isnt enough room, but gotta be safe lol

Part 3.a.: do I list my husband again, even though he was listed as the primary immigrant? He is the only immigrant. Also, we dont check mark box #2 I am sponsoring the following family members immigrating at the same time or within six months of the principal immigrant in part 2 this box comes before 3.a. I'm guessing no to both

Part 4, #5: Sponsors country of domicile. We are DCF, and Im still living in London until hubby can move with me. I have my bank account and sisters address (where we will be living) in the US. Do I list the UK or US as country of domicile? I think it is US. To qualify as DCF i have to have residency here, but for the form Im showing my trip was temporary? This is confusing...I have plenty of official documents (drivers license, tax records, bank statement) showing the address we will be living at as I lived there for a couple of years prior to moving. Do these help to re-establish domicile?

Calculating household size: #1 for number of immigrants being sponsored is automatically generated from previous info. #3 asks to enter 1 if currently married. I am married, to the principal immigrant. This automatically makes the household size 3, but should be 2. I cant change the total (filling out electronically) what do I do?

Part 6 #2: my current annual income. Currently Im unemployed, but did work a little over a month before I moved here. Is it $0, as in doesn't count the smidgen I did make this year? My bank statement showing savings is from August, and my savings is about $600 lower than it was then (visa related costs lol), will that be OK?

Thank you for your help...I just want to make sure I get this right ?
