03/15/2007 - Sent I-129F Package to Chicago Lockbox via Overnight USPS

03/16/2007 - Chicago Lockbox received Package

03/20/2007 - Date of Notice for NOA1 I-130

03/22/2007 - Check for $170.00 cleared

03/23/2007 - Received NOA1 for I-129F Package in mail

FINALLY!!!! THANK GOD!!!!!

It's sad that I check my CSO more than 3 times a day... I just can't wait for my husband to be here...

I didn't get any touches until the day I was approved, 92 days after applying.

Patience is required for this process.

For our case, first touch was after 10 days.

01-24-2014 Received NOA dated 01/14 in the mail

02-20-2014 1st Service Request created for delayed biometric appointment letter

03-01-2014 Received 'yellow' letter in the mail

03-28-2014 2nd Service Request created since the 1st request had no response from the assigned Service Center

04-07-2014 Received biometric appointment letter in the mail

04-25-2014 At last, my biometric appointment!!!!

06-09-2014 Interview - recommended for approval!

07-17-2014 Oath Ceremoney USCIS-Orlando Office! I'm A United States Citizen

You've got nothing to worry about, I promise. My I-130 went for 6 months without even one touch...for example. And everything worked out just fine.

ONE DAY AT A TIME....

REMOVAL OF CONDITIONS

12/30/2008: Overnighted I-751 package to VSC

01/06/2009: Check cashed

01/06/2009: NOA (arrived 01/09/09)

01/23/2009: Biometrics appt letter received

01/31/2009: Biometrics scheduled

05/20/2009: APPROVED

06/23/2009: 10 Year Green Card arrived

Calm down Jenna, you will make it, but it will take some time. These things usually take at least 2 or 3 months, sometime withou a single touch before it is approved.

In this site there is the Forum section, go there, then to the Foreign Embassy section, follow that to the Manila Embassy. There are a lot of people in there that know a lot about this and will be glad to help you.

Oh please, at least you got your NOA1 in the mail. I still haven't received mine even after I called them 2 weeks ago.

05/03/07 - NOA2

05/10/07 - NVC receives petition, case # assigned

08/08/07 - Case Complete

09/27/07 - Interview, visa granted

10/02/07 - POE

11/16/07 - Received green card and Welcome to America letter in the mail

Removing Conditions

07/06/09 - I-751 sent to CSC

08/14/09 - Biometrics

09/27/09 - Approved

10/01/09 - Received 10 year green card

U.S. Citizenship

03/30/11 - N-400 sent via Priority Mail w/ delivery confirmation

05/12/11 - Biometrics

07/20/11 - Interview - passed

07/20/11 - Oath ceremony - same day as interview
