I have been checking the CEAC website everyday and today my wife's AOS fee changed to N/A (I guess this is really a good indicator of cc). My step son's still says paid. Both cases are being processed together (according to NVC). I called NVC today and sure enough my wife's case is cc. They told me they will schedule an interview as soon as my step son's case is cc. The rep then told me it could be up to 6 weeks for my step son's case to be cc. When two cases are linked together like this can you normally expect both to get a cc within a short time period of each other or is it possible we could be waiting a few more weeks for my step son's case? Can someone who petitioned for their spouse and step child at the same time chime in on what your experience was?
