02/17/16....Delivered at Lewisville, TX

02/19/16....Notice date

02/22/16....NOA1 E-mail. Case sent to CSC

03/02/16....NOA1 Hard copy recieved

04/28/16....NOA2 Approved (Notification received from USCIS App)

Hello November filers! So our 485 status just changed to "New Card Is Being Produced"  Our local office is Washington DC but we had no interview We are adjusting from K1 visa.

Sorry for not being so clear. I mean to say that my last name does not exist in Farsi but can be spelled phonetically. Do we even need to worry about writing her name in Farsi or just skip it? I've seen answers from leave it blank to write a hybrid version (Farsi and English).

I think you write the last name to the extent that the language (Farsi) allows it. If the new last name can be written (to its best approximation) using Farsi, that is what should be written there. The form explicitly says "if your native alphabet is other than in Roman letters, write your name in your native alphabet", so write it in Farsi, and try not to leave it blank.

Aos filer here sent today yey wish is luck....

No AP requested he doesnt need to travel now...

From advice I've seen here in the past, it doesn't hurt to apply for AP even if you think you won't need it Greencard's can take quite a bit of time. You never know what may come up in the next 6mos-1 year.
