Hey guys!

I had a quick question. We are about to send our RFE response about the missing joint sponsors birth certificate.

Now my question is, do I also have to write a letter and put it on top of the response which is just a copy of her birth certificate and the original Yellow letter?

Or can we just put these 2 things in a big envelope and send it like that without a letter?

Its day 57 of waiting for the EAD and AP.  I had; errrr-- HAVE high hopes because it only took 20 days to do biometrics.  First November person to get that glorious text or email from USCIS, please let us know!  Everytime you update your timeline, you give hope to the rest of us! :)

You don't  need to write a letter. You have to put whatever USCIS wants from you with the original letter they sent to you. I used FEDEX to send mine, and it got delivered in about 2/3 days.

Goodluck on your journey!

I had my biometrics appointment today! I remembered to convert my height and weight. :P We had to drive 2 hours to get there and I swear it took less than 5 minutes from the moment I got in until the moment I left. I didn't have to wait at all, there were like only two other people there. They were very nice and the fingerprint lady told me my fingers are very small haha.

Quick question, when the EAD is ready to be produced/on its way, do we receive a text and email notification or is it only updated on the website?
