Hello November filers! So our 485 status just changed to "New Card Is Being Produced"  Our local office is Washington DC but we had no interview We are adjusting from K1 visa.

I havent heard anything since getting the NOA on Dec 5th.....no biometrics appointment yet.....applied to the Houston office ....should I wait a few weeks before panicking ?

I would book an infopass if I was worried about the bio appointment. Yes it has been holidays and such so nothing might be wrong at all but it would also suck if they did send it and it got lost in the mail.

I also haven't gotten my biometrics appointment yet and can't help but panic D: I've gotten all my mail correctly so I doubt the mailman lost the letter

also, sorry for not replying to your message before suss, I've been trying to avoid thinking about it hah. So I have everything I need to send for my RFE, I just have one question. It says "The joint sponsor must complete and return the page 4 of Form I-864." Should they only fill out page 4 or should I go ahead and ask them to refill the entire form? I know sometimes more is better but I don't want to mess it up.

You can't go wrong with having the whole thing filled out... Page 4 is (as you probably know) the page with info about sponsor and the household size... I guess that's the most vital information apart from earnings.

 

I'd do the whole thing lol :P  I mean they can only ask you for things that aren't there... there is no penalty for TMI :D

I got the exact same RFE. I only completed what they asked for..page 4. If the entire I-864 was completed once they have the rest of it. They just need page 4 redone correctly.  

You probably saw our earlier discussion on that issue.

No, I didn't have a cosponsor. I filled out page 4 incorrectly for myself and had to redo per the RFE.

Thanks so much. I have proofs of the bona fide of our marriage such as joint bank account , joint credit card account , wedding pics, engagement pics, affidavits of bonafide fide of relationship from my boss, evidence of living together, receipts of wedding and engagement rings, bank statement and letter from work place showing change of marital status, pics through out relationship. I want to know if all these plus the fact that my wife is pregnant is enough proofs for AOS through marriage. what do you think are my chances for approval.
