Hello November filers! So our 485 status just changed to "New Card Is Being Produced"  Our local office is Washington DC but we had no interview We are adjusting from K1 visa.

This motivated me to add my timeline as a Signature :D Thanks!

I have a question...I (or my husband) lost the Fiancee Petition Approval Notice (NOA2)...I read online and in VisaJourney that if I lost it, I could request another one but i would cost $200-$300 or something like that. Of course we didn't do that and we just sent the package without that, but I added the first NOA with my case number, screenshot of the USCIS page saying that my case with WACXXXXXX was approved, and I also sent a letter from my embassy saying that my fiance application was approved and I could start gathering the documents for the interview.

I was wondering if any of you have done the same...do you know if not sending the NOA 2 can be a problem? (I really don't get why they ask for that if we have a stamp saying K1 AND the K1 visa on the passport)

We went it today to apply for SSN, it was as easy as nothing! We were lucky to have a super nice clerk, so we are waiting to get the card in 2 weeks!:)

You applied ssn today? You already sent your aos? May i ask what did they ask from you? Because when i tried to apply they asked me for my EAD. Thanks!
