Hey guys,pls I need help for a friend in Italy, he is a refugee, he got 6months italy stay,his fincee has apply for k1 for him,will usa embassy grant him visa?or its a long process as he is a refugee?

How can we tell you if us embassy will grant him a visa or how long the process will be? Answer: we can't.

You say he is a refugee, but you don't say from where. For instance if its from a war torn middle eastern country such as Syria, expect the increased scrutiny associated with that.

Just like every other K1 case, it will be judged by the consular officers individually on it's merits and the evidence presented.

here i go again.. im filling the G 325 A .. at the end theres a question

in form i 485.. the [part 1] where it says "current uscis status and expires on" what should i put there...

in part 3 , section B they ask for spouse and children.. i do nt have children but i am married (duh) should i still list my husband ? ... the section is to apply them w me... just trying to do this right (sorry if i sound stupid lol )

The expiration date is the date on the i94 at least thats what i put down for my husbands

and what did u put in the question on g 325A form about

For USCIS status: K-1 Visa Holder (probably not the right wording, but I think they'll get the idea).

G325A: submitted in connection with an application for permanent resident.

No you only get one biometric for both. After the biometric then the interview for I-485 appointment which may take a while.
