11/22/16 NOA Received via Text/Email

12/15/16 Biometrics complete

02/06/17: EAD card Being produced

02/09/17: EAD card mailed

02/16/17: EAD card received (with typographic error)

02/17/17: EAD Typographic error E-Request sent

02/21/17: EAD Correction application with documents mailed to NBC

02/24/17: EAD Packet signed by USCIS

03/14/17: Text/Email NOA

03/21/17: Hardcopy NOA received

03/25/17: Mailed out I-131

04/10/17: Biometrics repeated for EAD I-765

04/21/17: i-131 Expedite request

05/10/17: I-131 Approved at Infopass appointment

06/12/17: Local congresswoman contacted

06/19/17: Documents sent to congresswoman 

06/20/17: i-765 EAD Card is being produced

06/24/17: NOA hard copy received

06/26/17: EAD Card in hand

09/13/17: AOS interview

09/13/17: Green Card produced

Hello November filers! So our 485 status just changed to "New Card Is Being Produced"  Our local office is Washington DC but we had no interview We are adjusting from K1 visa.

Yes it was really unexpected because earlier today I was scrolling through September thread and many just received EAD/AP update today.

I haven't received any updates for the other two.

Got 4 emails and checks cashed for one parent. Still waiting for the other. I wonder which one it is.

2011 - Married USC

Conditional GC Process:
04/2012 - Concurrent I-130 petition / I-485 AOS / I-765 EAD / I-131 AP sent
35 days to biometrics, 73 days to EAD/AP combo card, 85 days to interview, 96 days to Conditional Green Card

04/2014 - Eligible for ROC

06/2014 - I-751 package filing joint with spouse sent

5 days to extension,37 days to biometrics, 172 days to CSC transfer, 247 days to Green Card

04/2015 - Eligible for Citizenship

09/2015 - N-400 package filing on basis of USC spouse sent

29 days to biometrics, 105 days to interview, 147 days to oath and US citizenship

~ 9 years and 6 months from first entry to US citizenship

Don't worry! I got my NOA 19 days later and the Web page shows that they're working on it since 5 days later.

Timeline:

November 2 - sent all my paperwork

November 7- case was revived for i-130, I-765 and I-131 - according to the Web page

November 18- fingerprints fee received- according to the website

November 21- Cashed check

November 21- emails and messages from USCIS receipt

November 29- notice of action (NOA) on the mail box (hard copy) for all forms. Notice was sent November 19, 2016

December 3- NOA - Biometrics schedule for December 14 @ 11 am. Notice was sent on November 26, 2016

December 5- went to biometrics appointment at 1:10

At least I know it is in the right hand. Delivered on Nov 21.

Went for biometrics yesterday at our local office. Everything went smoothly. We were in and out of there in about 20 minutes. Just need to wait for interview appointment now.

8-03-16 - NVC case number assigned

8-09-16 – Consulate received

8-24-16 – Interview date @ USEM - Approved!

9-16-16 - CFO completed in Cebu

9-22-16 - P.O.E. Boston, MA

10-08-16 - Wedding!

10-29-16 - Submitted AOS with EAD/AP applications

11-02-16 - AOS package delivered to USCIS Chicago lockbox

Hi everyone!

Thanks for the replies to my previous post. As expected, all three NOA1s came through last night via email/text (seems like a slow month). FYI I mailed on 11/14, it delivered on 11/17 and I just got Email/text NOA1 last night (12/05).

Fingers crossed the rest goes smoothly!

My wife's package was mailed November 14, and delivered to Chicago Lockbox November 16.
Check was cashed at 4:38 pm, Dec. 5.
4 emails at 11:18 pm Dec. 5.
