No. Sorry :(

We got an RFIE in December, but my husband received his EAD/AP in early March.

I got my RFIE end Feb and they got response within a week on March 1st.  Still nothing :-(

Goodness!  I assume you put an online case inquiry in.  If not, I would definitely do that.

Is that the same as a "Service Request"?  If so, I did that 10 days ago and still NOTHING.  I'm now waiting for a call back from IO but wait time is 21.3 hours!!!!

I don't have my EAD yet either and we have similar timelines. I don't know if you've seen my other posts, but I was in contact with our congressman's office and they found out that USCIS had just never updated my I-765 or I-131 to show that they had received the response to the RFIE, so they were sitting there for two months with no activity. When they discovered it, they pulled my file and sent it to the expedite office but that was over two weeks ago and I still haven't heard anything. I've called USCIS multiple times and submitted a service request for the I-765 and I-131 and haven't gotten any actual information. I also contacted my senator's office and tried to contact the congressman's liaison that had been helping me and neither have responded. I have no idea what's taking so long and I can't get information from anyone.

I have a job interview tomorrow and I'm pretty worried about the fact that I can't give them any kind of solid timeline, but the congressman's liaison said a job offer might help her get them to speed things up. Hopefully I actually get an offer because that's pretty much the last resort. We're on day 178.

Update again:

I had emailed the congressman's liaison last Monday and decided to reach out again today because I still hadn't heard anything back. As of Wednesday, my case will (supposedly) have been at the expedite office for 3 weeks. She just responded and said that she contacted them again and is more and more convinced that they've dropped the ball on my case. I'm not sure what, exactly, that means, but yeah, I'd say that they have. She's supposed to get a call back from them by Wednesday.

This is insanity.

Looked at the Atlanta field office processing times as I do about once per week.

Last week it was updated as of Jan 31st and was processing cases as of May 31, 2016.

Now updated as of Feb 28th and processing cases as of June 14th.

So, this means that for one month of processing they processed 1/2 month of applicants.  That is a backlog that is going to be growing pretty quickly.

Assuming consistent numbers of applications and that the processing rate is also consistent they will be processing November 2016 applications in February of 2018.

Am I being:

A) Overly analytical

B) Overly pessimistic

C) Overly optimistic

As of today the Atlanta Processing time was updated on the USCIS site - As of March 31st processing June 23,2016.

So that means for the month of March they processed 9 days of applications.

So I think C.

Had our I-485 interview yesterday. It was not fun. Didn't think we did well but our case status just updated to approved!  Thank God!  On the way home from the interview my husband got a call from one of the jobs he applied for and started work today.

Finallly, we can rest easy and take a much needed immigration break!!

Good Luck to you all!
