also, did you say it varies by office what day they send them to print?

Hello November filers! So our 485 status just changed to "New Card Is Being Produced"  Our local office is Washington DC but we had no interview We are adjusting from K1 visa.

1 - My previous letters have been post-stamped at the local office

2 - No I didn't,  I don't know, she said how they do it, so they might do it exactly the same or the day might vary.

Mine took 13 days from "card being produced" to the day I received it.

Far as I know, I've seen anywhere from 3 days to 2 weeks :)

On March 30, 2017, we scheduled you for your interview and mailed you an interview notice for Receipt Number MSCxxxxxxxxxx. Your interview is on May 2, 2017. Please follow the instructions in the notice.

Mine  is 132 days  (My Biometrics was done on Dec 2016.)

After getting RFIE from USCIS on Febr 13,  I  did expected  to get an interview notice so quickly...

Has anyone here applied for Advanced parole AFTER sending in the I-765....Just wondering about that process and how long it took to get the combo card.

 

We already got the EAD and sent it back for a correction...just wondering how applying for the AP now will effect the process
