Hello November filers! So our 485 status just changed to "New Card Is Being Produced"  Our local office is Washington DC but we had no interview We are adjusting from K1 visa.

UPDATE! 

 

Just checked my 765 and it has been approved. I'm so happy I shed a tear or two! I got an RFIE on feb 24 so thought it would take longer.  I'm so full of joy! Yay!!! My AP status didn't change but It may be a combo card! So to everyone else still waiting don't worry it will come!:)

I was driving right now and got two texts from USCIS. Now that I parked... updates for EAD and AP, both showing now "Case was approved". I don't know what's happening to USCIS today, but whatever it is I like it! lol

My status updated to new card being produced, got a text at 3 pm. 

This was the longest wait ever ? Now hopefully everything will go well tomorrow.

Got the texts and emails today, EAD and AP approved! I put in a service request a week ago and they told me the clock restarts after RFIE, but I reckon they're just buying themselves time. Maybe the service request helped nudge them along. :P

Congratulations! 

 

That "clock restart" only resets the legal deadline of 90 days for they to get to your case. It doesn't meant that they'll push you to the end of the cue - only that they get more time to get to you. If your case reaches the front of the line before that, then it will be adjudicated as normal. It gives USCIS more time, but it doesn't do anything to delay the case per se.
