It is just SO hard to be patient, I've become OBSESSED with checking the USCIS site, app and VJ multiple times each day! Pretty much every time that I pick my phone up, it's a sickness lol. It would be nice just to hear something, these months of silence are stressful! Just out of curiosity, is anybody else here adjusting from a B2 (tourist/visitor) visa overstay?

I am adjusting status due to my marriage to a USC, is this not the right forum? 

 

NEVERMIND, answered my own question. I saw that forum a long time ago, and check on it occasionally, but could not find a november filers thread similar to this one.

Still NOTHING on EAD/AP, but today I came home to a notice to appear for interview for the I-485, scheduled for 04/04. No updates online at all. I don't even think they'll give me EAD... lol

lol congrats!! (who knows... maybe, maybe not...) if you've been given an interview it's at the local office... the EAD/AP is processed at the NBC... so could still receive the card.. they don't do resource consolidation remember

btw! received my first FICO score today! lol

still have not been able to make a profile on CreditKarma ahahahah, they want me to send ID docs... and I haven't gotten around to it

Oh yeah, that's true! I might receive the EAD card shortly after the I-485 interview LOL

Cool! That's a beginning! I'm having the same problem signing up on CreditKarma... I think I'll just wait until they can verify my id online. I'll give it 6 months or so.

Yes I'm adjusting from B2. I didn't find any other thread like this one either.

I put in a SR yesterday (first one), I wanted to let the process go on on its own and not push it, and I thought about just waiting until I go to my interview which is in a few days (??!!) but the VJ estimated adjudication time has passed and I couldn't wait another day lol. We'll see what happens.

I'm applying for AOS of B1/B2 visa too! Marriage based, of course.  Luckily, I already have my EAD but as far as the green card interview, it seems to be going pretty slow.... ?

Funny isn't it, I haven't heard anything about EAD and yet they already want to interview us lol. I honestly was shocked when I received the letter. And as you can imagine I'm getting so nervous now, I still have to go through all the pictures of me and my husband and print them. It's definitely an odd process this whole AOS.

Hello guys I have a big question I'm from the February filers, I came to this thread because I need some of you guys experience, I filed my concurrent I 485- I 130 ( you canc check my timeline).

I read carefully the instruction for the form I 485 and it says that if the answer is N/A or none please leave it blank. So that's what I did I left in blank part part 3 section C where it asks for a list of organizations that you belonged.

Will that be OK?

Or will I receive an RFE? To disclose this information.

I appreciate you guys answers.

Uff  that's a relief I read that you are a nice person, I wish I filed in the same date than you so we could be in the same boat btw congrats on your green card approval.
