Status update:

 

NOA2 for EAD has arrived (approved)

NOA2 for Travel has arrived (approved)

EAD card arrived same day as both NOA2's

 

Travel Document has not yet arrived (maybe in the next couple days)

07/18/15 - Sadly I had to return back to the US
10/01/15 - I am returning back to China to be with her again
10/11/15 - She will accompany me back on the same flight for 30 days

12/01/15 - I-129F Fed-Ex'd to the Lewisville address
12/03/15 - Packet signed for by the receiver

Hello November filers! So our 485 status just changed to "New Card Is Being Produced"  Our local office is Washington DC but we had no interview We are adjusting from K1 visa.

Look closely at the bottom of the card. Since you have approvals for both EAD and travel, it should say something about travel.

I just got my EAD in the mail today! As far as the AOS, my status is still the same since December "Case Ready for Interview". I called and asked them about this, and they said that it depends on the field office that will handle my case. You can see the processing times for your local office on the USCIS website. Interesting... Mine is the same for i-485 it says Response To USCIS' Request For Evidence Was Received since Dec. but never got an update saying case ready for interview. Also, how do we know which field office has our case?

Is there anybody case will be dealt with in Washington dc field?

 

omg, I just check processing time for I-485.... They updated last year Dec 31th and were doing case which is on Dec 21th,2015.....

OMG! when can I get my interview.... haha..

Same city here. We live very close to Brentwood. Our date is 11/30, still waiting on EAD/AP

They are sometimes slow at updating the website... But it can also be your field office ?.

 

Here's how you can find where your field office is located. Go at the bottom of the page so you can start with the name of youe state and take it from there :) :

I venture forth to Nashville every once and awhile. In fact, this weekend we are going to eat breakfast at Pancake Pantry, before heading over to the Zoo.

There are a lot of restaurants in Downtown Nashville. You should check it out

Just wanted to give an update on activity since approval of my EAD on Feb 15th, and receipt on Feb 23.... I went to SSA on Feb 23 and applied for a number, I was already in SAVE, they said if I came back the next day I could get the number.... returned on Feb 24 and voila! I have a SSN. Went down to the DMV in CA on Feb 24th to finalize my license (had already taken the written and road test), gave them my SSN and showed the EAD, they ran me in SAVE again, tada! License complete. I received the SSN card Feb 28 and my DL today Mar 2. I'm so excited to have everything finally working! Well everything except me that is, lol. Still job hunting! Best wishes to everyone still waiting for progress... things will move quickly once you get that EAD, don't worry. :)

Today is day 84 since NOA date on the letter. 

I was going to call to submit and inquiry today or tomorrow, but I just got a text message and email saying that there was a new update on my case :)  

 

Now...I can't wait for the green card! lol. I didn't see the Advanced Parole necessary...so now that I want to travel, I can't :( I hope the GC doesn't take more than 6 months.
