Guess I'll just wait, just trying to find a logic behind the process, but they clearly aren't making it easy!

We are still just talking days here :D I'm sure everything is fine! The US is a big country and mail goes quicker in some places and slower in other... You'll likely have it during next week in any case.

Hello November filers! So our 485 status just changed to "New Card Is Being Produced"  Our local office is Washington DC but we had no interview We are adjusting from K1 visa.

From the date of filing to the date of entering America, it was a 6 month wait for me.  

 

I have been super super lucky in that we didn't have any RFE's or exorbitant delays. 

 

These forums are great to see to see other people's journey and to know when I feel absolutely crazy and impatient that others are feeling the exact same thing.

Update: Just received the RFIE in mail today. I seriously can't believe these people they're asking for my marriage certificate. It was obviously sent at the beginning with the application by my lawyer. Also need copies of any translated documents etc which were also sent along with the application. Anyhow I'm glad it's minor problems and hope it will get resolved fast! 

 

Btw Congrats to everyone who has received their EAD/AP! ??

I used an app USCIS Case and input receipt numbers gives u a scope of up to 100 receipt times at a time

Got my EAD/AP combo card in the mail today, the approval notice for the AP arrived yesterday - took 8 days from Card Ordered to it being in my hand.

It's priority but seems to take 3 days for most :) my bet is Tuesday

He doesn't have one... you just check if it shows up there... 

If there is a scan with your delivery name and address and you're registered and got the dashboard activated..it'll just show up once it's scanned at the first mail center.

I called on day 91 and got an approval today (day 100).
