It'll say valid for re-entry or smth similar on the bottom..

Mine is not the combo card and it says "Not valid for reentry to US"

Is it because you just applied for an EAD? Or did you apply for both at the same or different times?

Their timeline says "Original I-131 was filed Nov 14th with I-765, I-485.Rejected for "incorrect fee." Not correct: no fee needed for concurrent filing. Re-filed with explanation & Expedite due to financial reasons back home". Happened to quite a few ppl around the mid November from what I've seen on the app. (Cases close to my case number)

So true! The helpline is awful.

 

We literally got 3 different responses from their service agents regarding how to handle our typographic error on the EAD. This website was way more helpful.

And wouldn't that mean that it had just been sitting around for almost three months before they even bothered to look at it? I'd really love to put an angry call in to someone but you can't reach a person who actually knows anything by phone (which, in this situation, is likely for the best, haha).

I think they review the case in it's entirety first and send any RFE or RFIE at the end of the review. This is why most people get a quick approval after USCIS gets the response back and they have a chance to check it.
