I already applied for and received the AP in november for my minor so Im curious if the EAD will be a combo card since i applied separately.

Hello November filers! So our 485 status just changed to "New Card Is Being Produced"  Our local office is Washington DC but we had no interview We are adjusting from K1 visa.

04/2014 - Eligible for ROC

06/2014 - I-751 package filing joint with spouse sent

5 days to extension,37 days to biometrics, 172 days to CSC transfer, 247 days to Green Card

04/2015 - Eligible for Citizenship

09/2015 - N-400 package filing on basis of USC spouse sent

29 days to biometrics, 105 days to interview, 147 days to oath and US citizenship

~ 9 years and 6 months from first entry to US citizenship

I filed one yesterday and got my status updated today. I don't know if I was close to getting to update or the SR really worked... Anyhow, they are supposed to get back to you within 15-30 days :). Good luck!!

? thought I would be receiving my EAD/AP card by the end of the week but instead I just got a RFIE on both. 

Has anyone gotten this. I want to get an idea of what other proof they want so I can start getting it ready. I have a lawyer on my case and I called the paralegal about 2 weeks ago and wanted to see if we could put a SR in and she said it wasn't necessary. Ugh. We probably would have known about the RFIE sooner.  

Anyway anybody know what kind of evidence they need?

It seems to be happening to many ppl...then again many ppl are at this very stage right now, so it's hard to say. Possibly they are using the SR as a ways of putting out fires and hitting two birds with one stone atm seeing as they are backlogged (For cases over 90 days I mean). Seems like a reasonable approach, but we will never know. :P

In any case, it's definitely worth a shot. Not like any of us have anything to lose :)

Was your RFE for 485?

No it's a RFIE for the 765 & 131. 

Ive heard with the RFIE the clock restarts and I have to wait another 90 days from the day they receive the evidence. I was so ready to start working and driving and having a normal life again. ??? 

 

I'm trying to stay positive because the 485 says it's ready to schedule interview. Just hope it's scheduled soon.
