Anybody with NOV 21st PD who already received EAD/AP? (Who didn't expedite)

Still no no change in my case status ? only showing 485 is ready to be schedule.

My PD is 16 November and I just got an email that they corrected my eligibility category as per the request I submitted.

Your 485 is ready to schedule?  Where did you see that?  Which field office are you near?  That seems so fast - congrats!

What's eligibility category?

& I was able to look up my case status on uscis page. All you need are the MSC# that are on your receipts. Which you should have received first. I submitted everything at once 485-765 etc. my status changed on the 17 showing I was ready to be scheduled for interview. I'm not getting my hopes up thou because sometimes they can be scheduled 9-10 months in advance...I'm not expecting to have the actual date set anytime soon either lol you just never know.

I do do know that my 90 days are Approaching and just wondering if anybody else has had an approval yet.

Eligibility category is the basis for filing for an EAD.  I circled c9 (pending AOS) on the instructions and then for some reason put a6 (K1 with unexpired i94) on the form I sent in.  I noticed the mistake about 5 weeks ago and have been trying to get it amended since, so I'm pretty relieved it's been done and I don't have to refile and start at day 0 again.  (I'm learning I need to temper my excitement and pay closer attention to the little details)

Even having to wait months for an interview is further along than I am!  I think that means all the pre-processing of yours is complete :-)

I'm hoping to hear something this week.  It's gotta happen.  With me having no income, my poor husband is working his butt off to keep us afloat.  We have savings but are trying not to dip into that as we'd love to go for a honeymoon.

Best wishes and hope you hear something soon.  Let everyone know when you do as it creates excitement for us when we see progress on files ??

I still haven't managed to figure out what, exactly, a PD is, but my NOA date is November 21st and I haven't had an update on anything. I'm going to give them today and maybe tomorrow because they weren't working yesterday, but I'm getting very close to sending in a service request.

A PD is a priority date. That is the earliest that you are able to apply for visas. When You are married to a USC there are a certain number of Visas readily available for spouses, and immediate family members  so your PD will always be current.  It refers to that question on the AOS application when they ask you ur reason for eligibility to apply for AOS. It affects extended family members more so than immediate however every visa has a PD.

Thanks for explaining it! I guess I always just figured that the NOA was the date to be keeping track of. Is there a way to figure out what your PD is?

Yes it should be on your NOA 1 I believe. Your PD would be the day they received it.

Here is a link to USCIS that may help you understand it more

I think mine was as well. I think it is the same as the receipt date though because as I stated for immediate family members the PD is currently available. That's why I posted the link.
