Feb 16: 2nd Service request raised and received response same day that the case is being reviewed and will receive response shortly

 

I got my card in production the day after that same service request response.... as your last one... I didn't think it had helped since it "was time anyhow" but maybe it did give that last push, who knows.. You should be getting your answer very shortly.

Were you supposed to send thee copies of what?

 

Why did you include your social security card?? Maybe that is what confused them, since it was in your maiden name aswell, and it's not a required document.

Thanks for the encouragement really need it. This being at home thing getting to me now. I desperately need  this process to start moving again so I  get a job take some of the pressure of my wife with the bills etc

EXPEDITE REQUEST APPROVED. We filed for expedite EAD based on job offer on 02/14/17 and today I received an email of approval and my status changed to "New Card is being produced"   Soooo happy!

Hi I've been a silent reader for some time and I just checked my case status Now says I485 is ready for interview. No changes on 765 has anyone had this happen before? I'm wondering if I will get my interview date before my EAD comes in.  Either way I'm so stoked!

Right!?  I had a huge panic attack today. 

 

It's probably an excel spreadsheet with formulas and they missed their morning coffee and/or started the long weekend vodka too early. 

 

Back to waiting -- 93 days and 2 service requests and nothing ?

yep...  going "fill down" in an excel database..is not too smart... but then again.. not locking the fields in a db where several ppl will work and do updates is not too clever either!!  hahahaha

Your timeline is nearly identical to mine.  Gotta remember to breathe.   The hardest part is definitely over (I'm here and we're together) but the rest of the journey to eventual citizenship will definitely be trying.
