Theres a fella above who's packet arrived the 8th and he got his NOA yesterday....thanks for the reassurance though...

Yes that's exactly 10 working days. But every case is different. And it's also depending on who is handling yours... in my case my aos was received on the 21st of October and my noa came in on the 7th. Earlier than some who filed before me and later than some who filed after me. Like I said it all depends on who is processing your case... Edited November 22, 2016 by Venice1012

Guys, when do they cash the check? It's been 12 days and they still haven't cashed it let alone to receive NOA........ So I feel like something is wrong... The stress never ends!!!

Its been 15 days for me...Im officially worried...my packet arrived Monday the 7th.

Call tomorrow to find out. If you let them know you filed on the 7th they will transfer your call. Or they will ask where you filed and give you the estimate time for NOA for that office.

They won't transfer her to a tier 2 customer service unless it's out of normal processing time.. Been there done that... They'll simply tell her that she should wait 10-15 working days or if it's pass 10-15 working days she should call back after 30 days... I'm certain she'll get noa by next week the latest mainly because of the holiday.

Lol just breathe and relax. Your just at level 1 of the waiting game! Level 2 is biometrics and level 3 the ultimate wait is interview. Lol

Lol so you feel now! That's what I thought.. When you get the NOA in the mail you'll be so eager to get the biometrics appointment note and when you do you'll be anxious for the day to come. And after you'll keep checking the website for updates!! Lol it's never ending..
